Home Inspector Randy Freiburg

Precision Property Inspections, LLC is a privately owned and operated home inspection service located in the Denver, Colorado/metro area.

Helping my father to remodel the home I grew up in was the beginning of my interest in the building industry. It sparked my career in the industry, a career that has spanned over 30 years and involved building, remodeling and managing the construction of homes from entry-level residences to multi-million dollar custom homes, condominiums, townhomes, commercial retail, and office buildings.

In addition to knowledge and experience acquired as a contractor and construction manager, I have completed home inspection training courses through Kaplan ITA, passed the “NHIE” examination and am a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors. I am a graduate of the Western Regional Radon Training Center at the University of Colorado and am a certified NEHA NRPP Radon measurement provider, ID# 105519RT.

As the owner and sole inspector for Precision Property Inspections I take pride in providing you with the most honest and objective assessment of the condition of the property you are considering. Whether the home you have chosen is under construction, has just been completed or is many years old, I have the knowledge and experience to answer your questions and provide you with the information that will help you to make an informed decision. You will not have to speculate as to whether there are unsafe conditions in the home, or whether purchasing the home will cost you more money immediately or in the near future because of safety hazards, construction defects, or deferred maintenance on the part of the seller.
