Includes (2) test canisters placed at the lowest habitable level in the structure, (not including crawl space) for a minimum of 48 hours. (for multiple areas below grade, those areas will need their own testing and sampling)
Base Cost $150Thermal Imaging defines heat loss and moisture within the structure, using infrared technology through a non-invasive diagnosis. Through thermography heat and cold patterns this method can show hidden issues in poor insulation, air leaks, moisture intrusion, and electrical hot spots. This will provide valuable insight regarding energy savings.
Base Cost $250Visual & Sampling of Air Quality & Mold Presence, through an advanced particle testing system which identifies and measures the microscopic particles circulating in the home’s air. This sampling can detect dust, allergens, mold spore, and other contaminants which are airborne. Through this advanced testing system, we will be able to provide what types of particles are present and poor air quality within the HVAC system, building materials, and any moisture issues. This test includes 3 test locations in a single-story dwelling with a basement, and one test outdoors to set the control points.
Base Cost $350This service aims to:
- Identify and measure microscopic particles circulating in a home’s air.
- Detect contaminants such as dust, allergens, mold spores, and other airborne particulates.
- Determine the types of particles present in the air.
- Identify poor air quality potentially stemming from the HVAC system, building materials, and moisture issues.
The scope of the test includes:
- Three test locations within a single-story dwelling with a basement.
- One outdoor test to establish control points (baseline data).
